WEB-BASED DASHBOARD - Instantly see whos currently on-site. Also provides analytics, reporting and account management with sub-account user access and role permissions.

VOICE AI- includes the most advanced technology to speak, listen and fill-in all visitor information. Fast, easy, clear.

CUSTOM WELCOME SCREEN - Use your own; images, company logo, brand colors or graphics - making the app blend into your reception with a look and feel that’s unique to you.

WATCHLIST - send alerts whenever someone signs in matching your watchlist...great for knowing when VIPs sign in or if unwanted visitors try to gain access to premises.

UNLIMITED CONFIGURATIONS: multiple buildings can each have unlimited ipads aggregating visitor traffic onto one DASHBOARD. Further to that, each of those building can have multiple visitor types - providing unique data collection workflow and compliance requirements.

VISITOR AGREEMENTS: Have visitors review and accept your companys visitor policy (i.e. liability waiver, safety waiver, policy statements, NDA etc.). Add videos for information or safety. Include diagrams for floorplans or explanation. A popup window will display your requirement for entry and visitors will need to acknowledge acceptance.

FOLLOW-UP EMAILS: Automatically send emails to each visitor. Great for sending your guest WIFI access, or facilities policies - or just a warm greeting & friendly greeting.
